SERVICES OFFERED BY ENERGY PAK:

Installation & Fabrication:

We undertake fabrication and installation of chimneys, condensate tanks, water storage tanks, fuel oil day tanks, fuel oil storage tanks, hot oil headers, steam distribution headers and air receivers. We also install all the related peripherals like fans, air/flue gas ducting, heat exchangers, pressure reducing stations, refrigeration air dryers for compressed air systems, electromechanical drains as well as fuel ring main systems for boilers. We also do conversion of boilers running on liquid fuels to solid fuels and vice versa.

Water Treatment:

Being the heat transfer medium in boiler plants, boiler water is taken through comprehensive water treatment based on initial water analysis reports. We offer tailor made solutions in the area of water treatment for boiler and chiller plants. In this regard, we supply, install and commission water softening plants, DM plants, de-alkalizers and filtration plants. For these processes, we stock all kinds of water treatment and fuel side chemicals.

Piping:

We design, supply and install steam, water and compressed air pipelines which include high pressure pipelines for steam circuits and compressed air ring main circuit.

Service contracts:

In order to facilitate our maximum availability in terms of response to emergency  breakdowns, as well as stocking the requisite spare parts, we proffer service contracts for all type of boilers, air compressors, refrigeration units and power generators ensuring their optimum performance at a high efficiency with minimum downtime and reduced unscheduled maintenance.

Insulation:

We carry out Glass/Mineral wool insulation with wire-mesh and aluminum/GI cladding for boilers, steam piping, tanks and reaction vessels.

Erection:

We undertake Turnkey Erection Projects for all types of Boilers, Thermal fluid Heaters, Air Compressors, Power Generators, Incinerators, Pumps, Chimneys, Tanks, complete steam circuits and Air pipelines etc.

Energy Audit:

We carry out comprehensive Compressed air & steam plant audits and recommend areas of energy savings. We undertake detailed study of existing systems and device customized solutions for improving the general cost efficiency of the system in place. To this end, we perform boiler combustion efficiency test as well as air demand analysis and submit requisite analytical reports.

Training:

We carry out training on Boilers, Burners, Air Compressors, Steam ancillaries as well as all other thermal and psychometric utilities at our training center and also on site.
